Additionally, she provides thorough legal knowledge and assistance in corporate forms, regulatory compliance, and real estate transactions. Whether it's drafting an asset purchase agreement, creating a new business entity, drafting employment agreements, or even reviewing real estate purchase agreements and leases, her primary endeavor is to provide a comprehensive and personal experience that meets all her clients needs.
Before starting her own firm, Norina worked at a corporate litigation boutique firm in the Metro Detroit area where she worked on complex litigation cases primarily in the construction field. There she gained a deep understanding of the litigation process, and the essential need for strong contractual legal understanding that she has carried into her own law practice.
